Get to Know Me

As a transformational coach and facilitator, I am passionate about supporting you to develop empowering relationships. I create a trusting space for you to explore yourself at a deeper level, increasing your awareness, enabling you to tap into your potential, remove limiting beliefs and take actions to transform your life.

My life has been a journey of personal self-discovery and transformation since 2006 and I believe that within each one of us lies a deep yearning to connect to our true selves, our spiritual essence – from here we are able to access our core strengths and express ourselves openly, authentically and transparently. We discover an inner freedom which enables us to move through our lives more easily and effortlessly, regardless of what is happening in the world around us.

I have attended numerous programmes from 2008 to the present date to support my development as a transformational coach and facilitator and have been certified as a GBA Facilitator of Transformation by Gita Bellin & Associates in 2018, on completion of the 8-month GBA Facilitator Development Program™. In 2019, I was certified as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) by the International Coach Federation (ICF) having completed all my coach certification with Performance Consultants International. In 2021, I have been certified in the assessment tool, Impact 360, by Performance Consultants International.

For 14 years, I have been supporting organisations in transforming their cultures and developing a more empowering working environment for their employees to grow and perform to their fullest potential.

In my personal time, I love to discover the unknown with my partner, spend precious moments with friends and family, go walking and hiking in nature, meditate and play my flute. I speak fluent Italian and am proficient in Spanish.
